MODEL is a limited print fashion magazine centred on capturing the aesthetic of the moment. With many startling thought pieces about modern living and experimental artistic collaborations, MODEL explores life-design as a collaborative process.
While creating the illustration for the cover of the first issue, titled "poudre de roses de thé" (french for "powder of tea roses"), our goal was to show a familiar soft image, resembling of a fashion magazine. Inspired by purism art style, we got to capture a unique characterisation of the title, while keeping the magazine's identity consistent throughout.
